Help us by using the request slip attached to your prescription, when re-ordering (tick needed items) and drop in at reception. You can also post your request with a SAE.

Please order all your repeat medication at the same time. Sometimes it will take an effort to bring all your medication in line and your doctors, nurses or pharmacist can help with this – but once they are in line you only need order and collect your prescription once and not for each separate item.
