It
usually takes about 2 weeks for
results of blood tests/x-rays to
become available. Blood test results
are usually available in one week.
Your Doctor will not normally
receive letters about your hospital
consultation for at least two weeks,
often a month or more. If you
require a discussion about your test
results or hospital visit, please
phone first to ensure results are
available.
We ask all patients to always check
up on their results; that they are
back, ok, and/or what is to be done
next.
