Appointments - If you are asked to attend the practice, following a telephone/video consultation, you will be given instructions and directed to which entrance to use.
Please be aware you can continue to book GP telephone consultations on-line. Please ensure that you have given us your up to date telephone details.
Prescription requests – Please ensure that you have informed us of the pharmacy that you wish to process your prescription. We still recommend online requesting for your repeat prescription.
Please also be aware that we may send text messages to those that have pre-booked appointments and you may also receive updates and additional details via text messaging. Please ensure that we have your up to date telephone contact details.

DO NOT GO TO THE SURGERY OR HOSPITAL
Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms
Stay at home if you have either:
a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
a new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.
Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you're staying at home.
Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
your condition gets worse
your symptoms do not get better after 7 days
